17mm, button depicting  a Liberty Cap encircled by a legend reading "E Pluribus Unum * 1834 *" .  The neat backmark reads "True Whigs/of 76 & 34." .This handsome rose gilted button was apart of my collection for years and  then held a place  in the Richard M. Hammond's Civil War Collection.
