15mm, Odd Pre Civil War Navy cuff button.  This one is not perfect, but has been in my collection for many years and it has taken multiple decades to find another example.  It is of European manufacture and I suppose it to be of German manufacture which is very unusual. The backmark reads, "Beste/Qual."
