22mm, General Staff Officer button with the eagle grasping arrows in the left talon. "Warranted/Rich Treble/(13 stars surrounding shank)" backmark.  This is one of my favorite types of U. S. Staff buttons and the only American Military Button on which this backmark appears. It is seldom encountered.
