Really nic-c-e-e-, Non dug Federal Sword Belt Plate with RAYS fully encircling the eagle.  This is a handsome plate and retains its full, applied German Silver wreath.  It has been a part of my collection for decades and came to me with this keeper which matches it in color and fit, though the benchmark is different.  The picker, from whom I originally acquired it,frequented antique stores and estate auctions in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
