Corp Badge or Patriotic Pin.  I have seen and heard both identifications and do not know which it is, so am pricing it as a Pin.  If it is a badge, you get the lucky break... and as collector's that is part of the hunt and offers the excitement of finding something that is not  fully understood or recognized out  in the wild.
