Civil War "103" Sword Belt Plate with missing laurel leaves on one side. Perhaps, from the 103 rd  NY, Penna, Illinois,  or Ohio. A unique private purchase officer's buckle.  This may have been the belt buckle of the commanding officer of the unit.
